Volunteer

This ride could not happen without the generous support from our community. Our ride uses many volunteers before, during, and after. It’s a chance to be part of a global, unforgettable event that celebrates confidence, community, and the joy of biking in the most liberating way possible!

There are many roles to choose from, including Corkers (people who help direct the bike traffic), Medics, clean-up crews at the launch and end-point locations, Merch Sales and Donations, and more! The dress code for volunteers during the ride is “as bare as you dare”, just like it is for participants.

Important communications about volunteering will come via email; please check your inbox regularly!

Requirements to volunteer:

  • Age 18+.
  • Sign a waiver.
  • Some roles require attendance of one virtual meeting ahead of the ride.
  • If your role is for the day of the ride, you will need to download the app Zello for communication purposes.

CLICK HERE TO FILL OUT OUR 2026 VOLUNTEER PLACEMENT SURVEY! Filling out this survey is for showing your interest only. A volunteer sign-up sheet for specific roles will be made available at a later date.

If you have questions, please email pdxwnbrvolunteer@gmail.com. All volunteers must sign a waiver (print, sign, and send the pdf or jpg to pdxwnbrvolunteer@gmail.com).
