About

2025 Leadership Team

Name: Adam (he/him) / Position: Lead Onsite Coordinator. / Why do you ride? I ride because I think it’s important to spread awareness about sustainability, body positivity, and of course to spread the love for riding our bikes! Plus it encapsulates the “Keep Portland Weird” motto and really helps show off this amazing community we live in.

Name: Connor / Position: Treasurer / Why do you ride? I ride because of the energy that radiates when thousands of beautiful naked bodies unite to protest for a more beautiful world.

Name: Ellen / Position: Volunteer Coordinator / Why do you ride? I love the chance to bare all and feel at home in my own skin! I also love participating in an event that brings awareness to our society’s unsustainable dependence on oil for transportation.

Name: German / Position: Lead Wrangler / Why do you ride? To me, PDXWNBR reflects some of the most wonderful qualities of what makes Portland a place I love to call home. To me it is about inclusivity, being seen, and accepted for everything that I am, and hoping and working for a better future for all.

Name: Rob (he/him) / Position: D.E.I.A.B. / Why do you ride? I love the mutifaceted nature of the PDXWNBR — it’s a powerful protest against oil dependency that also fosters body positivity, community, and a deep sense of belonging. As someone relatively new to Portland, it feels great to give back to a biking community that welcomed me so warmly, especially on what’s become my husband’s favorite day of the year.

Name: Sam / Position: Safety Community Lead / Why do you ride? I love experiencing the city from a bike and I think it’s important we raise our voices to keep it safe and accessible for everyone.

Name: Story / Position: Media Coordinator / Why do you ride? I ride because it’s a fun way to engage with our local community while contributing to a cause that’s near and dear to so many of us in Portland. This ride is empowering, connecting, and electrifying! You’re meant to live while you’re alive, and Portland’s World Naked Bike Ride is one of those things that keeps you living. 🙂
